As a Junior Support Consultant at Zed, I resolved a number of customer and patient tickets every day. I worked on projects to increase the ease of use of the Zed Patient and Doctor portals. I also worked on and managed remote servers to keep the services running smoothly.
As the project lead for Project PSSS throughout 2020 and 2021, I managed a team of engineering students, organising weekly meetings and tracking progress. We have raised over $6,000 in funding for prototyping and artwork commission among other project costs.
My role involved organising and running youth and young adults activities, with ages ranging from 12-28 years old. I maintained engagement, leading weekly activities with the high school aged youth group. This role depended on meaningful conversations, teamwork, community building, and technical problem solving.
As the Technical Research and Development Manager for Precious Plastic Monash in 2021, I managed a team of engineering students, with a focus on building machines to recycle plastic. We designed, built and tested machines such as a plastic sheet press and a plastic extruder, we even restored an industrial granulator amongst other projects.
